Elco Drost

After taking early retirement in 2004 as CEO of Greif Brothers Canada Inc., Elco focused his energies on his volunteer commitments. Elco has been on Alzheimer Niagara and Alzheimer Ontario Boards, Strive Board  and presently the Pathstone Board Chair .

Vice-Chair

John Darch is an Insurance/Financial Advisor and Owner of John Darch Insurance & Investments Inc. representing The Co-operators in Beamsville and Grimsby. He is a lifelong resident of Niagara and father of three.

Alykhan Kassam

Jennifer Ferguson is a dedicated marketing professional with a strong focus in advertising, direct mail and public relations. In her role as the Director of Marketing Services, Jennifer continues to develop new and successful initiatives and strategies for Niagara Casinos in the constantly evolving gaming industry which she has proudly been a part of for over 19 years. As a devoted supporter of mental health in the Niagara Region, Jennifer is passionate about improving the community and contributes through her participation with various community boards and volunteer work.

Laura Fyfe is a consultant in the Niagara region working with businesses and organizations doing research, writing, and consumer insights. Her background is in history, anthropology, and labour market research. She moved to Niagara in 2015 after completing her graduate work at Trent University. 

Paddie Lucas is a marketing professional with 15 plus years of experience in branding, marketing, and sales. Prior to starting her own company, Brand You, Promotional Products, Paddie worked in corporate sales for Manheim Auctions as well as Account Management in the technology industry.  Paddie worked for 10 years at the Attorney General Support and Custody Office as an Enforcement Officer. Her passion is mental health promotion and awareness in the community. 

Taylor McRae is a Brock University student studying Medical Sciences with the future goal of working in pediatrics. She has been involved in our youth volunteer program for many years and is currently a member of our Youth Advisory Committee.

Diane Weller owned and operated Weber's Art store for 5 years. Currently Diane is the Director of Finance and Human Resources for Can-Eng Furnaces International Ltd and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She has worked in the local manufacturing sector for 32 years.
